LPI Coaching: As a trained LPI coach, I can administer your LPI, interpret and provide insight and analysis on your LPI report, as well as explore your areas of development, including sharing strategies and tools to support your growth.
As a part of your coaching engagement, we’ll have a detailed debrief session to review your results, celebrate your high frequency leadership practices, and identify actionable insights. Next, we’ll work together to create your leadership developmental plan and put your plan into action to continue to enhance your leadership and address any leadership challenges.
Why LPI: I first learned about the leadership focused work of Kouzes and Posner in business school and have followed their work ever since. In searching for a 360 tool to offer coaching clients that was research based and would provide leaders helpful, actionable data and insights, the LPI stood out to me.
In addition to the research based questions that address the frequencies of leadership practices, there is an option to add open ended questions for additional input. The tool is focused on tangible leadership frequencies vs other tools that may be based on more subjective data collection.
Leaders wear many hats, and in all likelihood, most completing the 360 review for a leader will not have a complete view of their full role and leadership. They will however, have an understanding of how often they see the leader exhibiting core leadership practices, and this is exactly what the LPI measures. From here, a leader is able to understand areas where others see them excelling as well as areas where their frequency of leadership practices may have an opportunity for growth. This 360 tool is focused on positive action and in supporting leaders in their continuous growth and development.
Cost: Add the LPI to your coaching engagement for the price of the tool: $220 for a one time assessment and personalized feedback report, and $250 for two assessments: an initial one and a reassessment report within 18 months.
