Hi, I’m Eloise!
Over the course of my career, I've supported organizations, teams, and leaders through growth, change, and complex challenges. Along the way, I became increasingly interested in a set of questions that continue to guide my work today:
What if meaningful work didn't have to come at the expense of our wellbeing, relationships, or the way we want to live and lead?
And what becomes possible when success is measured beyond what we accomplish, and by whether we feel fully alive in the life we're creating?
My coaching is informed by Positive Psychology, leadership development, and my own experience navigating burnout as a nonprofit leader. I have an MBA in Nonprofit Management from Boston University and training in Conflict Management, Negotiation, and Mediation through Harvard's Program on Negotiation.
I am also a yoga teacher and sound healing practitioner. These restorative practices complement my coaching work by helping people slow down, recharge, reconnect with themselves, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
Whether someone is navigating a leadership challenge, considering a new chapter, building something meaningful, or exploring what comes next, my goal is to create a space for thoughtful reflection, honest conversation, and a clearer path forward.
Move from feeling depleted and constantly “on” to having space to breathe, reconnect with yourself, and focus on what matters most.
